1. Purpose of the collection of personal data

 

ōhnsu collects, uses and processes your personal data to provide its services. ōhnsu collects your data to enter into a contract with you and execute the contract, to maintain and improve our (contractual) relationship, to send an offer, to handle complaints and to comply with legal obligations. 

 

When you want to place an order in the store, ōhnsu needs your personal data to process your order. ōhnsu uses third party payment processors to process online payments. ōhnsu will use your name, email and telephone number to contact you as part of the execution of the contract. ōhnsu processes your name, email address and any personal data included in the message, so that ōhnsu can respond to your question or request. Are you using the contact form for the purpose of entering into an agreement? Then this data is processed on the legal basis of the conclusion and execution of agreements. In all other cases, your data is collected on the legal basis of your consent. Finally, ōhnsu processes data for administrative purposes (ōhnsu is legally required to keep records and to retain them for at least 7 years). 

 

On this website and through our social media channels, we like to share experiences of satisfied customers. With your consent, we may process your full name and review. Please be aware that the review is public for everyone. We will

ōhnsu does its best to protect your personal data in the best possible way. ōhnsu has implemented a variety of technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorized access of your personal data (Transport Layer Security for example). These measures are evaluated on a regular basis.

ōhnsu will share your data with a number of parties when permitted by law. ōhnsu may share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, you have given your consent, ōhnsu has a legitimate (commercial) interest or the law obliges ōhnsu to do so.
