1. Purpose of the collection of personal data
ōhnsu collects, uses and processes your personal data to provide its services. ōhnsu collects your data to enter into a contract with you and execute the contract, to maintain and improve our (contractual) relationship, to send an offer, to handle complaints and to comply with legal obligations.
When you want to place an order in the store, ōhnsu needs your personal data to process your order. ōhnsu uses third party payment processors to process online payments. ōhnsu will use your name, email and telephone number to contact you as part of the execution of the contract. ōhnsu processes your name, email address and any personal data included in the message, so that ōhnsu can respond to your question or request. Are you using the contact form for the purpose of entering into an agreement? Then this data is processed on the legal basis of the conclusion and execution of agreements.
