Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received in writing by email. You are responsible for ensuring that Atelier Rebalance received your written request. Atelier Rebalance will reply with written acknowledgement.

1. If you cancel more than seven business days prior to the scheduled reading, your fee will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of your consultation program, a refund for the remaining months will be made. You will only be charged for the first month of working together, which is € 659,80 of the first monthly fee payment.
   
   
2. If you cancel seven or less business days prior to the scheduled reading or consultation program, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
   
   
3. Cancellations made with less than two business days notice prior to the reading and first consultation date, or failure to appear for the reading or consultation meeting, will result in forfeiture of the consulting fee.
   
   
4. Requests to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of two business days notice. If possible, the reading or consultation will be rescheduled to another available time slot, preferably within two weeks of the originally scheduled date. The rescheduled reading or consultation must take place within three months. If the web-based reading or consultation has not taken place within three months of the original date, Atelier Rebalance will consider the reading or consultation cancelled by you, and all deposits, fees and remaining balance will be forfeited. Due to the fact that Atelier Rebalance reserves the dates you schedule for your personal use thereby preventing us from scheduling readings or consultations for other customers on those date(s), rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted.
